Great as always! Useful mental model

Given the rise of defence neo-primes, could a similar wave emerge in cyber during "Phase 4", with new players rethinking how security is built and delivered as incumbent innovation slows?

Also, many phase-four industries cited, such as tobacco, spirits and footwear, have low innovation, long investment cycles and strong scale effects. The analogy has limits there.
